Yoga

A mind/body connection that helps the development of physical movement, balance, strength and flexibility. This class is for all fitness levels.

Pilates

A non-aerobic exercise method, which incorporates physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.

Spinning

Increase your cardiovascular endurance, reduce body fat and muscular strength all in 45 minutes. Limited to 10 participants. Must sign in at the front desk  before class starts. First come, first serve basis. Must bring a large towel and water bottle.

Personal Training

For adults of all ages, this class introduces you to different genres of music and dance style. This is a great way to improve balance and coordination and to say in shape.

Basic Aerobics Program

A slower paced low impact aerobic workout that is perfect for beginners. This class includes muscle toning and floor exercises. A great way to get in shape and enjoy group fitness.   .

Line Dancing

Beginning line dancing class for adults with instructor Violet Pennington. Learn basic steps for various dances including Marvin Gay Walk, Personality, Cha-cha Slide and more. No experience necessary.

Active Older Adults (AOA)

Strength training class designed to tone , condition and define major muscles using hand weights and body bars. Floor exercises included. 

Stretch Class

Remember the importance of stretching after a tough work out and try this new 30 minute stretch class. You will be treated to a half-hour long cool down with simple stretches and relaxing music. Open to teen and adult men and women.

Walk N Learn

This program includes various patterns of walking and jogging in water, offering full body toning and resistance exercises.
