Mission Statement
Activate America is the YMCA's bold approach to directly address our nation's growing health crisis. Wellness Center/Track Age Policy
Due to the mental and physical maturity levels, the minimum age allowed into the Wellness Center and on the track is 13 years old. Participants aged 10 to 12 years of age may only use the Wellness Center and track after going through our youth orientation program. Participants must be a minimum of 13 years of age to work out alone. This policy is strongly supported by the YMCA of the USA Medical Advisory Committee.
Wellness Orientations
A one-time introduction to the Wellness Center and fitness equipment with a YMCA Wellness Coach is included with your membership. Proper use and basic exercise guidelines are covered to ensure a safe workout environment.
Fitness Evaluation
Includes body composition, flexibility, blood pressure, cardiovascular and muscular endurance testing.
Body Composition Analysis
A measurement of percentage of body fat, including a breakdown of your lean body mass and body fat.
Post-Rehab Transition Program
A 12-week, exercise process designed to assist individuals as they make the transition from a formal rehab program to a more general health and fitness program. You will continue and maintain the progress you've begun by meeting with a university degreed and/or YMCA certified Fitness Instructor once a week. Your program will be individually tailored by your Fitness Instructor to match what you were doing in therapy, with the intention of slowly progressing you to the next level of health and fitness as tolerated.

Personal Training
Personal Training/Specialty Instruction
The Rocky Run YMCA Personal Training Program provides specialized, one-on-one training by certified instructors to meet the needs of our members. Your personal trainer will work with you to optimize your physical and mental well-being while teaching you techniques to help fit exercise into your busy schedule.
All sessions are 1 hour long.
Group Personal Training/Specialty Instruction
Group Personal Training/ Specialty Instruction is an excellent alternative to one-on-one training. You will receive instruction and motivation from a fitness professional in a small group of 2-4 people. Create a group of friends, workout with your spouse, or spend some healthy time with a family member.
All sessions are 1 hour long.
Personal Training/Specialty Instruction "To Go"
Are you always on the go? Are you having a tough time finding the time to workout? Do you want to work on a specific area, which requires less time? We have the perfect solution for you! Personal Training TO GO gives you the personal attention you want but in a time frame that fits into your schedule and meets your specific needs!
All sessions are 30 minutes long.
Weight Management Packages
Exercise AND Diet...get real results that last! Work with a personal trainer and nutrition professional.
All appointments are 1 hour.
Spirit, Mind, Body Packages
Pamper your spirit, mind, and body with exercise,
nutrition and massage! Work with a personal trainer, nutrition professional and a massage therapist.
Personal training and nutrition appointments are 1 hour and chair massages are 15 minutes.
